C.H.I. Skyline Flush

This Winnetka residential project showcases the installation of two C.H.I. 2128 Skyline Flush garage doors, each 9' x 7' in size. The doors feature 2" thick, 2-sided heavy duty 27 gauge steel construction with 1-7/8" polyurethane insulation for superior thermal efficiency (R-value 17.54).

The custom paint was formulated by the manufacturer to perfectly match the home's exterior aesthetic. Both doors were paired with Lift Master 8500W wall-mount openers featuring DC battery backup, Wi-Fi connectivity, and myQ compatibility for smartphone control.

This installation combines durability, energy efficiency, and modern smart home functionality, backed by comprehensive warranties including a motor lifetime warranty on the Lift Master units and a limited lifetime warranty on the door sections.
